HOA LANDSCAPING MAP

The HOA maintains approximately 24.3 acres of open space land situated throughout the Willow Bend neighborhood. In addition, the HOA is responsible for maintaining the landscaping along the perimeter of the neighborhood along 144th Avenue and along Holly Street. The City of Thornton is responsible for maintaining the Willow Bend Park.
The HOA also owns and is responsible for maintaining the storm water detention area (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located on the North end of the neighborhood.
Areas marked in GREEN are maintained by the HOA.
